Die Absenderin oder der Absender soll sehen, ob und wann das geteilte Dokument geöffnet wurde, um den geschäftlichen Kontakt weiterzuführen; außerdem schützen wir den Dienst vor Missbrauch. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an geschäftlicher Kommunikation und am sicheren Teilen von Dokumenten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Angabe der E-Mail-Adresse ist freiwillig; ohne sie lässt sich das Dokument über diese Seite nicht öffnen - Sie können es dann direkt beim Absender anfordern.

The sender should be able to see whether and when the shared document was opened, to follow up the business contact; we also protect the service against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in business communication and in sharing documents securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Entering your e-mail address is voluntary; without it the document cannot be opened through this page - you can then ask the sender for it directly.

Expeditorul trebuie să poată vedea dacă și când a fost deschis documentul partajat, pentru a continua contactul de afaceri; în plus protejăm serviciul împotriva abuzurilor. Die Angaben sehen die Absenderin oder der Absender des Dokuments und berechtigte Mitarbeitende der Rossik Group. Für den Betrieb setzen wir Auftragsverarbeiter ein: Supabase (Speicherung von Datenbank und Dateien), Cloudflare (Auslieferung der Seite) und - nur bei PowerPoint-, Excel- und Word-Dateien - den Office-Viewer von Microsoft: Ihr Browser lädt ihn von Microsoft, und Microsoft ruft das Dokument über einen 15 Minuten gültigen Link ab; dabei verarbeitet Microsoft Ihre IP-Adresse. Soweit Daten in die USA gelangen, geschieht das auf Grundlage des EU-US Data Privacy Framework oder von EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.

The details are seen by the sender of the document and authorised employees of the Rossik Group. To run the service we use processors: Supabase (storage of database and files), Cloudflare (delivery of the page) and - for PowerPoint, Excel and Word files only - Microsoft's Office viewer: your browser loads it from Microsoft, and Microsoft fetches the document through a link valid for 15 minutes; Microsoft processes your IP address in doing so. Where data reaches the USA, this happens on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.

Datele sunt văzute de expeditorul documentului și de angajații autorizați ai Rossik Group. Pentru funcționare folosim persoane împuternicite: Supabase (stocarea bazei de date și a fișierelor), Cloudflare (livrarea paginii) și - doar pentru fișiere PowerPoint, Excel și Word - vizualizatorul Office de la Microsoft: browserul îl încarcă de la Microsoft, iar Microsoft preia documentul printr-un link valabil 15 minute; cu această ocazie Microsoft prelucrează adresa dvs. IP. În măsura în care datele ajung în SUA, acest lucru se face pe baza EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework sau a clauzelor contractuale standard ale UE.

The details are kept for as long as the document is shared, and are deleted automatically together with the document as soon as the sender deletes it.

Datele sunt păstrate atâta timp cât documentul este partajat și sunt șterse automat împreună cu documentul în momentul în care expeditorul îl șterge.
